Who does this at volume

Hospitals, clinics and staffing agencies. Nursing and medical licences are the two largest categories here; primary source verification is a standing obligation, not a one-off.
Brokerages and title companies. Real estate licences run to tens of thousands, and they expire on a fixed cycle.
Insurers and compliance teams. A licence that lapses mid-policy is a live exposure.
Anyone reconciling a roster to a register. IDFPR's file has 3.87 million rows and 264 categories; matching against it by hand does not scale.

What we can do on your list

Resolve a roster. Send licence numbers or names; get back a CSV with the category, board, status, county, issue and expiry dates.
Flag what changed. IDFPR republishes rather than reporting change. We keep every collection and tell you who lapsed, who renewed, and where a disciplinary action appeared.
Query it. A JSON endpoint by licence number.

⚠️ We do not sell disciplinary lists, and we do not build “who was sanctioned” extracts. The disciplinary field is in the public source; profiling people out of it is not a service we offer.

The other thing sold here is not a service on your list: it is the dataset itself, compiled, reconciled, dated and delivered ready to use. The pages of this site stay free — an official fact belongs to no one. What is paid for is the work of compilation.

Not a consumer reporting agency. This site and the datasets sold from it are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and must not be used to decide anyone's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA. If you need a background check, use a screening company that operates as a consumer reporting agency.
