## Privacy

No analytics, no cookies, no tracking — and three things this site refuses to put on an indexable page.

### What this site publishes about people

1,200,141 of these licences belong to individuals. IDFPR publishes
their name, licence number, category, city, county and postcode, plus any
disciplinary action and its reason. This site republishes
**less**:

- **No postcode and no city on any page.** The county is the
finest location published. The source has 21,835 cities; a page naming a
few dozen people in a small town puts a name next to something close to an
address.
- **No sanction attached to a name on any page.** The tables on
profession, county and board pages have no discipline column.
- **No reason, anywhere a search engine can read it.** Unpaid
taxes, child support arrears and defaulted student loans are among the most
common reasons in this file. They are public, and they are none of a search
engine's business.

An individual entry — the one you reach by searching — does show what IDFPR
shows, quoted without addition. It is rendered in your browser from the part of
the address after the `#`: it has no URL of its own and cannot be
indexed. That is the same distinction IDFPR itself makes by putting the data
behind a lookup.

### What your browser sends

No analytics, no advertising, no cookies, no third-party scripts. Static
files only. **Your search never reaches a server** — it lives
after the `#`, which browsers do not transmit. We cannot see who you
looked up.

The host, Cloudflare Pages, keeps ordinary server logs as any host does.

### If you send us a message

Three forms collect an email address: an enquiry for a professional, a bulk
access or dataset enquiry, and the contact form. All are handled by
 
Formspree .

- **Enquiries for a professional** — we reply and pass the
enquiry to licence holders so they can respond. That is the point of the form.
We do not sell lists.
- **Bulk and dataset enquiries** — we reply and keep the
exchange while it is live.

### If this is your licence

Your licence is a public record and we republish part of it. If you want
your entry removed from this site, write to us and we will remove it — we
cannot change IDFPR's record, but this site is not IDFPR and does not need to
carry everything it carries.
